IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Map current and future state processes, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
• Support solution delivery by collaborating with technology teams to scope, prototype, test, and validate solutions
• Participate in hands-on solution building using low-code/no-code and AI-assisted tools
• Contribute to enterprise initiatives by supporting prioritization, ROI development, and continuous improvement efforts
• Build knowledge of internal systems, AI tools, and business functions to drive innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement
• Strong communication skills for translating business needs to technical requirements
• Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Exposure to Power Platform, AI tools, data visualization, or low-code platforms is an asset
