IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional IT requirements
• Document workflows, processes, and system specifications
• Work with developers, architects, and vendors to design solutions that meet business objectives
• Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired outcomes
• Support IT project planning, testing, and implementation
• Develop test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in requirements documentation and modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN)
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven experience in large digital transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, databases, and integration concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification
• PMI-PBA certification
