IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Evaluate existing business processes and propose efficiency improvements
• Liaise between departments to communicate findings and recommendations
• Create detailed documentation including business cases and process maps
• Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality
• Provide training and support to end-users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience with JIRA or Trello
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CBAP or PMI-PBA certifications
• Familiarity with Python
