IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with partners to optimize and enhance integration
• Report on technical issues and make recommendations to the product team
• Improve monitoring, issue discovery, and customer value delivery
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Perform quality assurance
• Analyze technical systems, business models, and strategic growth needs
• Find technological solutions to business requirements
• Produce reports on application development and implementation

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English (C1+)
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in IT Management
• Basic knowledge of generating process documentation
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Previous experience in a Pharmaceutical or Production environment
