About the role
About the Company
GMED is the only French notified body and an international reference for evaluating the conformity of medical devices (MD) according to applicable regulations. We certify quality management systems (QMS) for medical device manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct projects including planning, deliverables, budgets, indicators, and risks
- Collect and formalize functional requirements
- Write specifications, functional requirements, and scoping documents
- Facilitate workshops with business experts
- Coordinate with technical teams
- Organize and perform functional testing (UAT)
- Manage change through training materials, workshops, and communication
- Maintain project documentation and participate in support/maintenance
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Information Systems or Engineering
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in project management
- Strong interest in project management
- Conversational and written English proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with organization tools like Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
