IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify optimization and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Prepare process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams
• Coordinate with technology teams to drive system enhancements
• Monitor project timelines and support various implementation activities
• Conduct process audits and recommend necessary corrective actions
• Ensure all processes comply with operational and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis or operational excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with process mapping and documentation tools
• Advanced Microsoft Office and reporting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the financial services or foreign exchange industry
