IT Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end internal IT audits, ensuring quality and alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.
• Design risk-based audit approaches, evaluating IT General Controls (ITGC), information security, access management, and change operations.
• Identify and report risks related to systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and third-party providers.
• Prepare clear audit reports detailing findings and strategic recommendations, following up on corrective actions with IT management and stakeholders.
• Participate in initiatives involving Data Analytics, automation, GenAI, and agile methodologies applied to auditing.
• Collaborate with local and regional audit teams to maintain professional relationships and stay updated on IT audit best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or IT risk management, preferably within the financial or insurance sectors.
• Proven experience leading audit teams or technological control evaluation projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT audit frameworks and standards, including COBIT, ITIL, and ISO.
• Proficiency in managing audits related to infrastructure, networks, databases, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Advanced English language skills (written and oral).
• Strong leadership, critical analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
