IT Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute aspects of the Internal Audit annual plan to provide risk-based assurance.
• Lead the execution of technical assessments and participate in audit scope development for complex technology audits.
• Serve as a key contact for client management, explaining audit processes and delivering results to all levels of management.
• Assess audit findings and control weaknesses with professional skepticism and assist in developing Management Action Plans.
• Provide reports on the effectiveness of internal control structures and offer recommendations for improvement.
• Support innovation activities including advanced data analytics, audit process automation, and continuous auditing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a STEM field.
• 5-10 years of deep technical experience in domains such as information security, cloud-based environments, databases, or network technology.
• Experience evaluating system controls associated with complex business applications.
• IT Audit certifications such as CISA or CFE.
• Information security certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent time management.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10-25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, or PhD).
• Experience in a large financial institution or a matrix organization.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
• Experience with distributed operating systems, mobile payments, tokenized services, or Hadoop.
