IT Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program, including ITGC and business process walkthroughs.
• Plan and execute domestic and international audits covering IT applications, ERP systems, and cybersecurity.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of Lead, Senior, and IT auditors through coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with external auditors and management to resolve identified issues and implement risk mitigation efforts.
• Conduct site IT risk assessments and perform SDLC assessments for system conversions.
• Partner with IT Directors and leaders to stay informed on current and future projects to address management concerns.
• Draft and communicate final audit reports and findings to corporate management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance.
• 6+ years of prior IT Audit work experience.
• Proven experience managing audit projects and working directly with external auditors.
• Experience resolving issues and improving processes through direct engagement with management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA, or an MBA.
• Experience with audit frameworks including SOX, COSO, or COBIT.
• Technical experience with databases (Oracle, SQL) and operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows).
