IT Associate Desktop Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues to minimize business disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware malfunctions, software issues, system access concerns, and network connectivity challenges.
• Gather detailed information from users, perform initial diagnostics, and oversee timely resolution of technical problems.
• Monitor the help desk ticketing system, prioritizing and categorizing requests based on urgency and impact.
• Document all actions taken within the ticketing system and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of known issues and solutions.
• Coordinate with senior IT staff and other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support continuous technology operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a related IT field.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and networks.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• ITIL or other relevant technical certifications.
• Experience supporting MAC and iOS products.
