IT Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Manager in overseeing technology operations and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including the maintenance of network devices, server devices, and IT security systems.
• Oversee daily IT operations involving networks, servers, storage, and end-user devices.
• Provide second-line support for business applications and manage helpdesk operations for hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Support IT project management by coordinating tasks, implementing change processes, and producing stakeholder reports.
• Assist in deploying new software versions and ensuring seamless system integration across networks.
• Maintain a knowledge base of recurring IT issues and prepare operational support documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems Engineering.
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Development and EIF (Equipment Interface) Program Development.
• Proficiency in MSSQL, Oracle, and C#.NET.
• Knowledge of Modbus Protocol and PC to PLC Interface.
• Experience with SECS (Semiconductor or Equipment Communication Standard) program development.
• Experience managing KEPServer Ex (OPC Server) and PCO (SAP Plant Connectivity) Server.
• Experience in Analysis/Design development.
