IT Asset Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of end-user IT assets across the EU region
• Maintain accurate records for laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and peripherals
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing and collecting IT devices
• Assist with laptop ordering, reimaging, packing, and shipping
• Help manage and track mobile devices and subscriptions
• Document asset management processes and ensure consistency
• Participate in alignment meetings with the US IT team
• Execute a defined internship project such as inventory validation or process improvement

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (MBO/HBO/WO) in IT, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Proactive attitude with the ability to follow processes accurately
• Interest in IT operations, asset management, or logistics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing or asset management systems like ServiceNow
• Basic understanding of hardware lifecycle (imaging, shipping, inventory)
• Strong Excel skills including filters and pivot tables
• Interest in process improvement and documentation
