IT Asset Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, inventory management, utilization tracking, and disposal
• Maintain accurate asset records including custodian, warranty, status, refresh, and end-of-life in the asset management system
• Conduct physical and system inventory audits and analyze variances to ensure data accuracy
• Control asset acquisition, storage, movement, and disposal in coordination with stakeholders
• Prepare asset reports and dashboards and support process improvements and governance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT asset management systems and lifecycle management
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting
• Strong knowledge of SAP and IT asset management processes
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Good English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) certification
• ITIL certification
