About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and evolve applications supporting customer service operations for Iberdrola Clientes
  • Participate in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of new functionalities and improvements
  • Provide second-level technical support for application-related incidents and issues
  • Collaborate on the creation of technical and functional application documentation
  • Monitor application performance and identify opportunities to optimize user experience and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with Contact Center business teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Participate in the planning and execution of integration and acceptance testing for new versions and features

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in application analysis, development, or support
  • Solid knowledge of databases such as SQL and Oracle
  • Proficiency in programming languages including Java, .NET, or Python
  • Experience using project management tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Siebel
  • Experience with IP telephony solutions like Genesys or Cisco
