IT Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain daily operations of business applications used across Finance, HR, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Coordinate activities between IT teams, business users, and external vendors
• Follow up on tasks, clarify ownership, and maintain visibility of open topics
• Support vendor management by maintaining an overview of contracts, renewals, and support arrangements
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, including application overviews and action lists
• Assist in ensuring stable, compliant, and well-documented application environments
• Support alignment between local business needs and regional/global IT standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in application support, coordination, or IT operations
• Good understanding of how business applications support Finance, HR, Quality, and Supply Chain processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP, HR systems, workflow tools, or quality systems
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills across multiple stakeholders
• Basic understanding of IT concepts such as cloud hosting, servers, user access, and backups
• Awareness of application-level security, including user roles and access management
• Structured and detail-oriented way of working with strong documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in international or matrix organizations
• Exposure to vendor management or contract coordination
• Interest in improving processes and documentation standards
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
