IT Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) and HubSpot CRM, including configuration, workflows, and data integrity.
• Drive ERP implementation in partnership with vendors, managing data migration and legacy system decommissioning.
• Develop interactive dashboards and custom reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Maintain complex Excel models for financial, operational, and sales analysis using advanced functions, macros, and Power Query.
• Act as the primary IT coordinator with external AMC providers to manage infrastructure support and system maintenance.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness efforts and conduct regular user training sessions on key applications and security best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central administration.
• 5+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM administration.
• Proven practical implementation experience with Business Central or NAV in logistics, service, and finance modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and writing advanced SQL queries.
• Expertise in Power BI development and Advanced Excel (macros, Power Query, and data modeling).
• Working knowledge of IT systems, service provider coordination, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong communication, documentation, and user training skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, HubSpot, or SQL.
• Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, or cloud services.
