IT Application Operator

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of support tickets including investigation, prioritization, and resolution
• Reproducing, validating, and performing root cause analysis for errors
• Collecting information and data for problem understanding and log analysis
• Monitoring and supporting batch processes and scheduler tasks
• Creating and optimizing SQL queries
• Analyzing data connection and integration errors
• Monitoring and troubleshooting API-based systems
• Coordinating with development, infrastructure, and business teams
• Supporting business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and custom systems
• Managing application configurations and access rights
• Supporting CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Maintaining knowledge bases and documentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of application support or systems engineering experience
• Strong SQL knowledge for writing queries and data verification
• Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools
• Basic knowledge of Git version control
• Proficiency in error investigation and reproduction
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of issues
• Strong written communication skills for bug descriptions and reproduction steps
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the energy sector (retail)
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics systems
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools
