IT Application Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage local and global IT desktop operations, terminal management, and application platforms
• Provide L1/L2 end-user technical support and manage the IT AI Ticketing System
• Perform foundational IT tasks including OS installation, user access management, and data backup/recovery
• Configure, monitor, and maintain office network infrastructure such as routers, switches, and wireless APs
• Support cybersecurity efforts through vulnerability scanning, firewall maintenance, and incident response
• Track and maintain local and global IT assets
• Implement IT projects, including user acceptance testing and staff training

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations and L1/L2 end-user support
• Proficiency in maintaining Mac and Windows operating systems
• Experience with Google Suite and common office application systems
• Proven experience providing remote support services
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus
• Ability to travel for short-term business needs
