IT and Tech Ops Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, deployment, and training of technical capabilities
• Facilitate the transfer of new capabilities from developers to the Sponsor
• Maintain infrastructure setup for deployment and execution of capabilities
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to Sponsor officers
• Collect, collate, and transfer data from various platforms for analysis
• Manage physical and environmental protection, incident handling, and security training
• Monitor information systems and implement configuration management
• Assess security impacts of changes and provide recommendations to the ISSM

Requirements

• Experience with Windows and Linux computer networking
• Experience with Cloud provider provisioning (Azure/AWS)
• Experience with software development, scripting, and debugging
• Experience with VPNs (OpenVPN, Wireguard), proxies, and firewall rules
• Experience with social media account management and troubleshooting
• Experience with incident tracking tools like JIRA
• Experience with persona identity handling and OpSec compliance
• Experience managing cash funds and misattribute procurement

• Experience with Virtualization technologies
• Experience with Dark Web and ToR
• Experience with Cryptocurrency exchanges
• Experience with mobile SIMs and eSIMs
• Experience with web development
