- Install and configure screens, including wall mounting for various wall types
- Train and advise users to ensure autonomy with multimedia products
- Repair and troubleshoot devices to extend their lifespan
- Analyze client needs and propose customized solutions
Requirements
- Passion for new technologies (TV OS, Windows, Android, iOS, IoT)
- Good physical condition for lifting heavy loads (e.g., televisions)
- Knowledge of wall types (brick, plasterboard, concrete, etc.)
- Autonomy, pedagogical skills, and comfort with clients
- Experience in after-sales service or IT training is a plus
