IT and Multimedia Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and configure multimedia equipment, including wall-mounting televisions
• Train and advise users to ensure they are autonomous with their multimedia products
• Repair and troubleshoot devices to extend their lifespan and improve user satisfaction
• Analyze customer needs and propose customized technological solutions

Requirements

• Proficiency with various operating systems including Windows, Android, and iOS
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads, such as large televisions
• Practical knowledge of different wall types (brick, plaster, concrete) for installations
• Strong customer service skills and a pedagogical approach to training
• Ability to work autonomously in the field

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in after-sales service (SAV) or IT training
