About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities within corporate, B2B, and key accounts
- Lead, coach, and supervise the IT/ID sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance targets
- Drive pipeline development and conversion for products including monitors, digital signage, and LED displays
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and system integrators
- Manage major accounts and oversee complex contract negotiations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics
- Collaborate with internal marketing, supply chain, and technical support teams
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 7-10 years of sales experience in IT, electronics, or B2B solutions
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience handling corporate/B2B accounts or working with system integrators
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with IT/ID products such as display technology, enterprise IT, or AV solutions
