IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules, product roadmaps, test scenarios, and Go-live schedules.
• Gather and configure business requirements and functional design specifications.
• Define and articulate user stories and functional requirements.
• Analyze complex workflows across multiple datasets to design solutions that increase operational efficiency.
• Perform GAP analysis by creating future state process workflows for work order automation using MS Visio.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on work orders and bill generation for enterprise products.
• Optimize project management processes using Jira by developing comprehensive backlog management systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience using MS Visio for process mapping.
• Proficiency with Jira for task tracking and backlog management.
• Demonstrated ability to perform GAP analysis.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
