About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the success of the IT Application Management area by ensuring the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technological solutions.
- Participate in the definition, development, and evolutionary maintenance of applications, ensuring alignment with IT architecture standards.
- Coordinate the development of interfaces and integrations with internal and external systems to ensure security and efficiency.
- Elaborate technical specifications and follow up on technological projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, scope, and quality.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing applications to optimize performance and reduce risks.
- Execute and validate tests (unit, integral, UAT) to guarantee the quality of implemented solutions.
- Manage technical and functional documentation to ensure it is updated and available for users and stakeholders.
- Provide support to internal users regarding requirement definitions and application usage.
- Attend to critical incidents to ensure the operational continuity of systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Systems, Informatics, Computing, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering (or related fields).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in roles such as systems analyst, programmer, or IT analyst.
- Knowledge of system development methodologies, requirements analysis, and process modeling.
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies (basic to intermediate level).
- Ability to estimate development efforts and manage IT vendors.
- Knowledge of technological platforms and system architectures.
- Intermediate level of English.
- High analytical capacity, organization, result orientation, and collaborative teamwork skills.
