IT Analyst - SAP Integration

Responsibilities

• Design, define, and document solutions to meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes.
• Document integration processes and maintain detailed technical specifications.
• Align solutions with the broader technical vision of the Information Technology Services organization.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement efforts within integration workflows.
• Ensure established SLA and KPI metrics are consistently met.
• Assist with project shaping arrangements and workload planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an IT discipline preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PI/PO).
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Foundry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
