IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support and solutions to customers via calls, emails, and on-site assistance.
• Facilitate and support meeting technology, including video conferences, presentations, and special client events.
• Install, maintain, and configure computer software and hardware in accordance with departmental standards.
• Manage the lifecycle of service requests using ServiceNow to ensure timely escalation and closure.
• Maintain office hardware availability, including computers and printers, and manage the firm's asset management system.
• Support mobile device technologies and remote access tools to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Collaborate with firm-wide departments and IT teams to execute scheduled maintenance and respond to network disruptions.
• Adhere to data security policies and information security regulations to protect firm data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT customer support, including business solutions, software, and hardware.
• 3+ years of experience with LAN, WAN, and network systems support and management.
• 3+ years of experience configuring, installing, and maintaining client PC operating systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and MS Teams.
• Knowledge of remote access technologies, including Citrix and VPN.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a professional services environment or a law firm.
• Advanced knowledge of mobile technologies (iOS, iPad OS).
• Proficiency with Document Management Systems such as iManage or Work 10.
