IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd shift production support to ensure ERP systems (MARS), label printers, and scan guns are functioning correctly
• Perform user account creations and manage server maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Execute data backups to prevent data loss and perform basic networking tasks
• Roll out new IT projects to the production floor and provide technical training to employees
• Collaborate with corporate IT to resolve work tickets and complete assigned technical duties
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for all IT activities and responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent technical training
• 2-4 years of related experience in IT support or a similar role
• Proficiency in Windows troubleshooting, antivirus security, Backup Exec, and SQL Server
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and inventory management systems (CMS)
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform under high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
