IT Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technology solutions
• Perform system testing and ensure quality assurance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize system functionality

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role
• Strong knowledge of business processes and systems
• Experience with system implementation and project management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
