Responsibilities

• Field systems access requests and centrally grant permissions and rights
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues pertaining to IT hardware, software, enterprise systems and networking
• Prioritize and schedule problem resolution, escalating to experienced IT staff when necessary
• Provide at-the-elbow and remote help desk support, including workstation setup and user account management
• Field incoming help requests via ticketing system, telephone, email, and Slack
• Participate in an On-Call IT rotation schedule including occasional nights and weekends
• Manage and troubleshoot AV and conferencing equipment in New York offices
• Maintain hardware inventory records and document network changes in the IT wiki
• Create and maintain published user support documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years in an IT Support role
• Experience providing professional customer service
• Deep knowledge of Macs and iOS
• Experience with SaaS administration
• Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Extensive knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware and networking
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jamf
• Experience supporting Okta
