About the role
Responsibilities
- Support employees and service providers in using IT department equipment and software
- Configure equipment, accounts, and install specific software for engineering and administrative services
- Contact suppliers to assist internal customers
- Maintain data protection and information confidentiality according to company policy
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or Computer Engineering
- Availability to work on-site in Belo Horizonte from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00
- Advanced or fluent English
