About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support employees and service providers in using IT department equipment and software
  • Configure equipment, accounts, and specific software installations for engineering and administrative services
  • Contact suppliers to assist internal customers
  • Maintain data protection and information confidentiality according to company policy

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or Computer Engineering
  • Availability to work on-site in Belo Horizonte from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00
  • Advanced or fluent English
