IT AM Support Sr. Specialist SCM and EWM

Responsibilities

• Provide service design by creating blueprints and specifications for IT solutions
• Manage service transition by building new IT solutions triggered by incidents, changes, or projects
• Coordinate and steer developers and external/internal consultants within your area of responsibility
• Align with key users for testing, quality assurance, deployment support, and documentation
• Act as Project or Change Lead to ensure proper handling of scope, quality, time, and budget
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for service operations regarding incidents and problems
• Drive continuous improvements within your area of expertise and propose implementations to the IT organization
• Perform 24/7 on-duty support when required in alignment with SOM

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive business processes
• Proficient in SAP EWM, SAP Materials Management (MM), and SAP Logistic Execution (LE)
• Basic knowledge of SAP SD, PP, and ABAP
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Master Data Management
• Understanding of communication protocols and EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to travel as required
