IT AM Support Specialist SCM

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Design by creating blueprints and specifications for IT solutions.
• Execute Service Transition by building new IT solutions through customizing and development triggered by incidents, changes, or projects.
• Coordinate developers and consultants, aligning with key users for testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
• Act as Project or Change Lead, ensuring proper handling of scope, quality, time, and budget.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for service operations regarding incidents and problems.
• Maintain documentation and provide IT knowledge transfer and training to other team members.
• Drive continuous improvements within your area of expertise and propose implementations to the IT organization.
• Participate in 24/7 on-duty support when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology.
• Strong knowledge of automotive business processes.
• Proficient expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Handling Unit Management (HU).
• Basic knowledge of SAP SD, PP, and ABAP.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and Project Management capabilities.
• Experience with Master Data Management and EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
