IT AM Support Specialist SCM and EWM

Responsibilities

• Support Service Design by creating blueprints and specifications for IT solutions.
• Manage Service Transition by building new IT solutions, including customizing and developments triggered by incidents, changes, or projects.
• Coordinate developers and consultants to ensure quality assurance, testing, and proper deployment documentation.
• Act as a Project or Change Lead, ensuring proper handling of scope, quality, time, and budget.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for service operations regarding incidents and problems.
• Drive continuous improvements within assigned areas of expertise and propose implementations to the IT organization.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in 24/7 on-duty support when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Knowledge of automotive business processes.
• Proficiency in SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Handling Unit (HU) management.
• Basic knowledge of SAP SD, PP, and ABAP.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and Project Management capabilities.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and self-discipline skills.
