IT AM FICO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage service design by creating blueprints and specifications for IT solutions.
• Lead service transition by building new IT solutions, including customizing and developments triggered by incidents, changes, or projects.
• Coordinate developers and consultants to ensure quality assurance, testing, and proper deployment documentation.
• Act as a Project or Change Lead, managing scope, quality, time, and budget while providing status updates via Service Now.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and requesters, managing escalations and communication.
• Provide continuous improvement ideas and knowledge transfer/training to other team members.
• Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support for service operations, including incidents and problems.
• Participate in 24/7 on-duty support as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Knowledge of automotive business processes.
• Proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and HU (Handling Unit Management).
• Basic knowledge of SAP SD and PP, ABAP, and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong project management capabilities and Master Data Management skills.
• Knowledge of EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT) and communication protocols.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel and a willingness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
