IT AM FICO - Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Propose new technologies or enhancements to existing systems to improve overall processes.
• Discuss business requirements with Finance Integration Leads and Project Managers.
• Identify proposed solutions, validate feasibility, and create functional specifications.
• Participate in the design of testing procedures and the development testing of new or enhanced applications.
• Apply systems analysis techniques and consult with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
• Act as a liaison with other IT groups and coordinate the planning of technical tasks.
• Provide leadership and training to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on FI/CO modules.
• 2+ years of experience with Seeburger P2P, IDOC, SAFT, and eInvoicing.
• Proven experience leading the transition from ECC to S/4HANA in a FICO Lead role.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles (International Standards and country-specific requirements).
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration with other modules, specifically MM, SD, and Purchasing.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance.
