IT AM FICO Junior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the architecture design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FI/CO solutions to drive financial processes.
• Translate business processes into system solutions, including configuration, integration, and development oversight.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of SAP FI and CO modules such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
• Manage SAP upgrades, migrations (e.g., to S/4HANA), and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal controls within financial systems.
• Document solution architectures, data flows, and technical specifications.
• Support and drive testing, training, and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on FI/CO modules.
• 1+ years of Seeburger P2P eInvoicing experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IDOC, SAFT, and eInvoicing.
• Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience with integration between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules.
• Familiarity with tools like SAP BTP and SAP DRC eInvoicing.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance.
