IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS devices, peripherals, and software.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment preparation and account setup.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Handle user access requests, password resets, MFA troubleshooting, and SaaS application permissions.
• Maintain IT inventory, track hardware assets, and coordinate equipment repairs or replacements.
• Manage IT service requests through the company ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Provide basic network support for Wi-Fi, VPN, and conference room AV equipment.
• Create and maintain internal IT documentation, including how-to guides and troubleshooting checklists.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or IT administration.
• Strong proficiency in supporting Windows laptops and basic to intermediate macOS support.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications and ecosystem.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Experience using professional ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a customer-service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with device management tools such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf.
• Familiarity with Entra ID / Azure AD administration.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, or Google Workspace.
• Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• ITIL Foundation or Microsoft 365/Azure Fundamentals certifications.
