Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize core systems like Azure AD, Okta, Intune, JAMF, and O365
- Support cloud workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Jira
- Write and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Python
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deploy internal tools
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Support collaboration platforms such as Teams, Slack, and Zoom
- Improve documentation and internal process clarity
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing cloud-based and enterprise tech environments
- Deep knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
- Experience with IAM tools like Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, GSuite, or Auth0
- Proficiency in PowerShell or Python scripting
- Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, or JAMF
- Experience managing both Mac and Windows platforms
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
