IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise management tools and systems to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Support the Downtown Toronto office with in-person technical assistance and hardware management.
• Administer user identities, access, and security protocols across company platforms.
• Optimize device management workflows for both macOS and Windows environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT administration roles.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS environments using Jamf Pro.
• Experience with Intune for device management.
• Proficiency with Okta for identity and access management.
• Ability to use Shell, Python, or Powershell for automation and scripting.
