IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to office-based and remote employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
• Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Manage network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points
• Support Microsoft Azure administration and cloud-based services
• Implement endpoint security, patch management, and antivirus solutions
• Manage IT assets, software licensing, and inventory records
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Administration or Systems Administration
• Hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments and enterprise networks
• Proven experience supporting both onsite and remote users

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, Azure Administrator, or equivalent)
• CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA
• CompTIA Security+
