IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management for hardware and peripherals
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including workstation configuration and access revocation
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and authentication policies using JumpCloud
• Maintain Google Workspace environments, including mailboxes, licenses, and collaboration tools
• Manage endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux using MDM solutions and patch management
• Support office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and VPN connectivity
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and service renewals
• Maintain IT SOPs, operational documentation, and compliance reporting

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Administration, IT Support, or System Administration
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Administration
• Proficiency with JumpCloud or similar Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms
• Experience with Endpoint Management/MDM solutions
• Strong administration skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and office IT infrastructure
• Proven experience in IT asset management and vendor coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using IT ticketing and helpdesk systems
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint security best practices
• Familiarity with SaaS administration and cloud-based IT tools
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge
