IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management for hardware and peripherals.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including workstation configuration and access revocation.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and authentication policies using JumpCloud.
• Maintain Google Workspace environments, including mailboxes, licenses, and collaboration tools.
• Manage endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux using MDM solutions and patch management.
• Support office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and VPN connectivity.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and service renewals.
• Maintain IT SOPs, operational documentation, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Administration, IT Support, or System Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Administration.
• Proficiency with JumpCloud or similar Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
• Experience with Endpoint Management/MDM solutions.
• Strong administration skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and office IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience in IT asset management and vendor coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using IT ticketing and helpdesk systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint security best practices.
• Familiarity with SaaS administration and cloud-based IT tools.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
