IT Administration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor contracts.
• Gather technical and commercial information from stakeholders to prepare clear legal terms that protect company interests.
• Identify legal risks to evaluate financial impact and ensure compliance with current legal frameworks.
• Negotiate favorable commercial conditions and act as a strategic mediator between internal areas and external counterparties.
• Monitor contract expiration dates to execute renewals, extensions, or terminations.
• Maintain updated databases and contract management systems to support timely decision-making.
• Support the verification of compliance regarding deliverables and agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho).
• 2+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating high volumes of vendor contracts.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and contract management software.
• Strong knowledge of the legal frameworks applicable to commercial contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically handling IT-related contracts.
