IT Administration & Automation Manager

Responsibilities

• Automate onboarding, offboarding, access management, and device provisioning across the tool stack
• Build lightweight internal tools using low-code, custom scripts, or AI-assisted coding to optimize SaaS workflows
• Integrate and orchestrate systems into a clean, automated setup
• Own role- and group-based access structures and improve permission management
• Support IT security initiatives including firewall setup, device policies, and security best practices
• Document systems and create scalable IT processes

Requirements

• Experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or IT operations in a startup or SaaS environment
• Automation-first mindset with a preference for building systems over manual execution
• Ability to script or build internal tools via Python, APIs, low-code tools, or AI-assisted coding
• Understanding of identity & access management, SaaS ecosystems, and modern cloud environments
• Strong focus on security fundamentals and structured permission concepts
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented work style
