ISV Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new ISV partnership opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and industry events
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to build a sustainable pipeline
• Engage executive decision-makers and technical stakeholders to understand payment integration requirements
• Present payment platform capabilities, APIs, and security features to prospective partners
• Lead complex sales cycles from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and execution
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Legal, and Marketing teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and account activity within the CRM
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments
• Proven success acquiring ISV or strategic technology partnerships
• Strong understanding of payment processing, embedded payments, APIs, and gateway technologies
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events
