About the role

Responsibilities

Lead global communications strategies for high-priority issues, crisis management, and M&A activities
Prepare senior-executive briefing materials, including key messages, FAQs, and public statements
Implement global monitoring processes to assess regulatory, media, and reputational developments
Ensure cross-functional alignment and consistent messaging across the enterprise, Legal, and Government Affairs
Maintain and enhance global issues and crisis playbooks, tools, templates, and workflows
Support M&A communication planning, content drafting, and integration-related communications
Manage global reporting, dashboards, and performance assessments related to crisis activity

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of experience in communications, issues management, or crisis communications
10+ years of experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Proven expertise in executive-level briefing and professional writing

Proven ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive information during rapid response activities
Experience collaborating directly with senior executives and cross-functional legal or government affairs partners
Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work occasional non-standard hours to support crisis activation
