ISO Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance the organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Coordinate implementation, maintenance, and recertification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 20000
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into governance frameworks and documentation
• Provide oversight for internal and external audits, management reviews, and assurance activities
• Drive management of risks, non-conformities, and corrective actions
• Develop compliance reporting, KPIs, and management information for senior leadership
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Quality, Governance, or Management Systems
• Experience designing and implementing Integrated Management Systems
• Practical knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 20000
• Experience coordinating multiple ISO certifications and audit activities
• ISO awareness training or Internal Auditor qualification in a relevant standard
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint or compliance platforms
• Experience in a regulated industry
• Experience delivering training or facilitating workshops
• Relevant qualification in Compliance, Quality, Health and Safety, or Information Security
