About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage orders, contracts, budgets, and performance indicators for IT activities
- Execute and track orders for supplies, licenses, and services in SAP
- Monitor billing and track license/maintenance contracts to prevent service interruption
- Manage service provider contracts and control service billing
- Perform budget tracking and update EAC (Estimates at Completion)
- Update IT department KPIs and manage IT asset inventory
- Manage mobile telephony plans and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare and present budgetary, contractual, and operational communication supports
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in procurement, supply chain, management, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management
- Experience within an IT department (DSI) or IS/IT environment is highly appreciated
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Power BI and SAP
- Knowledge of MS Project and ServiceNow
- Strong skills in budget management and financial analysis
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
