iShift Key User Network Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and coordinate the Key User network across the organization to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a strategic bridge between the Key User community and global teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Lead the management of the Key User backoffice community, serving as a center of excellence.
• Oversee L1 support delivery to Key Users and ensure timely, effective issue resolution.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Real-Time and Business Value Planning processes.
• Manage Application Management Services (AMS) SLAs and facilitate knowledge transfer between project teams and AMS.
• Lead investigations into SAP AI solutions for potential implementation within the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and data to implement strategic solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and Key User support processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of AI and its applications in enterprise systems.
